If this message is unexpected, make sure that your browser is not unilaterally changing the URL's initial “http://” to “https://” out from under you. If it is, manually restore the URL to its proper "http://" form and things should work.

(My HTTP and HTTPS trees have been separate for decades; a browser feature that automatically assumes that all HTTP servers have an identical HTTPS server is making some very big, and in this case, wrong, assumptions.)
